Just configure new one in the stores.conf file <code>type=mstore</code>, also required parameter is <code>file</code>. Optional parameters configure the scan interval, during which expired and purged messages are removed. Older EMS clients should work with new EMS in general, but can have problems with new/changed functions. I can only suggest to check it in your test environment.
