Looks like getopaque() method is not present in TibrvMsg class. Please check appropriate RV reference. Here the recent:

As a rule, you should use x64 installer on x64 platform and run it using x64 Java. If you need install x32 product on x64 platform, download and install x32 Java first, then run x32 installer using that java as I sugested.
